The Tannoy TFX Satellite Loudspeaker was designed as the compact main and surround speaker for the TFX home-theater system. Its small enclosure makes it easy to integrate into a room without dominating the décor, while the 2-way driver configuration provides the clarity and dispersion needed for both movie soundtracks and multichannel music.

A 15 mm titanium-dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet system handles high frequencies, while a 75 mm multi-fiber paper-cone driver covers the midrange and upper bass. The satellite is magnetically shielded and was supplied with a wall bracket, making it suitable for flexible front, side, or rear-channel placement.
