How do I get HiFives?

You will automatically get 3 HiFives for every $100 spent in the store. It's tied to your user account, which is tied to your email address. We'll be adding more ways to earn HiFives soon.

How do I spend HiFives?

If you have HiFives to spend, they will be available to apply at checkout. When you apply HiFives, a coupon code will be generated for that dollar amount. ONLY APPLY YOUR HIFIVES WHEN YOU ARE READY TO CHECKOUT. To prevent shenanigans, they don't automatically go back into your account.

How do I see my HiFive balance?

Your HiFives balance is available in your cart, below the subtotal. If you have an available balance, you'll also see it at checkout, where you can apply HiFives to your order.

Do my HiFives expire?

Nope.

I messed up while checking out. My HiFives are gone and I didn't complete the sale. What do I do?

At checkout, once you apply your HiFives, if you delete the coupon code or don't complete your checkout, the discount code you created will be saved on your account for later usage. At checkout, you'll see "Your unused rewards". Check the dropdown menu and select the rewards you want to apply to your new order.

Is this a cryptocurrency?

No. But, wouldn't that be cool if it were?

There's a small chance I'm going to prison. Can I exchange my HiFives for cigarettes and ramen packets?

Short answer, no.
