Rega Planar 6 Turntable RS Edition with ND9 Cartridge and Neo Mk 2 PSU

The Rega Planar 6 gets the RS Edition treatment for this very special bundle from the low-mass turntable masters. It uses an upgraded CNC-machined twin-drive pulley and Rega Reference EBLT drive belts for improved accuracy and speed control. The supplied tonearm is the RB880, which is usually found on the Planar 8. This has the highly acclaimed Nd9 moving magnet cartridge factory-mounted, making this a real hot-rod of a bundle offer.

As with the standard Planar 6, the RS Edition includes a custom-matched Neo MK2 PSU, and a hand-tuned low noise 24 V motor, which drives the aluminum sub platter. 

The plinth is made from Rega's unique Tancast 8 foam, covered in an aluminum HP laminate with matching edging. This assembly creates an extremely rigid yet ultra-light platform, ideal for mounting advanced components while reducing resonance.
