The Meze Audio ARTA is a flagship open-back headphone created as a statement in sound, comfort, and industrial design. Built around a high-impedance planar magnetic driver developed by Rinaro Isodynamics, ARTA is designed for a rich, speaker-like presentation with lifelike detail, scale, and immersion.

Its sound is described by Meze as warm-neutral, with a soundstage that expands naturally and places instruments within a vivid, three-dimensional space. Rather than chasing sharpness for its own sake, ARTA aims for realism: a more open, room-like presentation with clean transients and a strong sense of musical body.

The physical design is just as ambitious. ARTA blends flowing, sculptural metalwork with practical acoustic engineering, including a grille made from angled acoustic blades to reduce internal soundwave reflections. It is engineered and hand-assembled in Baia Mare, Romania, with every major component designed to be disassembled, serviced, or replaced.
