The Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB brings Devialet’s distinctive active speaker architecture into an ultra-compact form, combining serious output, deep bass extension, and modern streaming convenience in a design made for real living spaces.

Inside, Phantom Ultimate 98 dB pairs 400 W of total amplification with Devialet’s latest-generation ADH® architecture and a DSP platform running Devialet Operating System DOS3. A full-range aluminum dome driver works with two aluminum-dome woofers, supported by Devialet technologies including SAM®, HBI®, AVL™, DAC Magic Wire®, and Devialet ASIC.

Compact Speaker, Full-Bodied Output

Phantom Ultimate 98 dB is specified to reach 98 dB SPL at 1 m, with bandwidth of 18 Hz–25 kHz. The speaker’s synchronized lateral woofers give the cabinet its unmistakable movement while helping deliver bass extension that would normally call for a much larger enclosure.

Connected for Modern Listening

Streaming support includes AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect with lossless support, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, UPnP, Roon Ready (RAAT), and Bluetooth 5.2 with SBC and AAC codecs. Network options include Wi-Fi 5 on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, plus RJ45 Ethernet at 100/1000 Mbps, and there is also a mini-TOSLINK optical input.

App Control and Personalization

The Devialet app for iOS and Android handles setup, stereo pairing with another Phantom Ultimate 98 dB, and personalization. The app includes a six-band EQ, Music, Movie, and Podcast modes, plus Bass Reducer, Loudness, and Adaptive Volume Level for tailoring the speaker to your room and listening.
