Klipsch The Nines Powered Bookshelf Loudspeakers (pair)
A bi‑amplified 8″ long‑throw woofer system with titanium-Tractrix tweeter, HDMI-ARC, phono input, USB, optical, RCA and subwoofer out
The Nines blend mid-century styling and premium materials, including real wood veneer and tactile metal controls, in a compact powered speaker pair that delivers big sound without a receiver.
Each pair features an 8″ high‑excursion fiber‑composite cone woofer, titanium LTS tweeter with a Klipsch Tractrix horn, and DSP‑optimized bi‑amplification for clarity and dynamic bass performance.
Connectivity includes HDMI‑ARC (for TV), Bluetooth 5.0 (aptX/AAC), RCA analog (switchable phono/line), 3.5 mm aux, USB Type‑B, and digital optical inputs. A mono RCA subwoofer output lets you easily expand bass with a powered sub.
The Upscale View
Klipsch is very good at getting its house sound from even the smallest products. Yes, even a powered speaker like this will impress you with its dynamics (a Klipsch hallmark) and wide frequency range. Plus, don't miss that beautiful design: A thoroughly modern product cloaked in classic mid-century styling. This is not a Bluetooth speaker you'd want to hide away.
At Upscale Audio, we have a close relationship with all our brands, including Klipsch. Roy Delgado the head engineer at Klipsch, has visited us several times for staff training and for our audio events. Buy audio from people who buy audio themselves, and who love and understand their brands. That's us, the audio nerds of Upscale Audio.

Klipsch History
Founded by one of America's most celebrated audio pioneers, Klipsch has been making legendary loudspeakers since 1946. Paul W. Klipsch's goal was to reproduce the excitement of a live orchestra in his living room, and the Klipschorn was, and still is, the shining pinnacle of his achievements.
Legendary Heritage
All of the brilliance of that original corner horn has been distilled and poured through Klipsch's Heritage series, a line of horn-loaded speakers made from premium materials and following the four core principles of the Klipsch sound. Designed and assembled in the USA.
