Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
Pre-Order items generally fall into 3 categories: New items on order with the manufacturer, Items that are temporarily out of stock and awaiting delivery at our warehouse, and custom-order items which ship directly from the manufacturer.
DELIVERY ETA: After placing an order, we will contact you via email with the latest ETA on the shipment. Before placing an order, you may contact us for the current ETA.
CUSTOM-ORDER ITEMS: Will ship directly from the manufacturer with little or no delay. We will also contact you via email with the current ETA. Custom-Order items will say so right under the "add-to cart" button.
DELAYS: Shipments may be delayed. We will contact you via email if our shipment is delayed for any reason.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS: Pre-order items may be exchanged or returned as normal, see our Returns & Exchange policy. If you can't wait, contact your sales person for best results, they can recommend replacements that will ensure you are thrilled with your system. For custom-order items, see custom order TOS. Once your order has shipped, it is subject to our refund policy.
